We used to be regular customers, but yesterday at noon we returned to the restaurant. We had already seen the menu and had been served soup as a starter. We wanted to order sushi, but they told us it would take approximately 25-30 minutes because it came from somewhere else. It would be nice if they'd let us know from the start that the sushi isn't made on-site and that they order it to be brought from somewhere else so you could make a decision from the start without having to be served first. We waited 50 minutes for our food. Sushi is expensive, and I ended up eating sushi that looked like it was delivery, with a quality that didn't match the price charged. The ramen was cold and didn't taste good. In short, both the experience and the food were poor. It would be nice if they had someone in charge of making sushi on-site for lunch as well, if they'd let us know in advance, or if they'd lower the prices for sushi at lunchtime. I understand that the price is the same as at night, when sushi is actually made there. Therefore, freshly made sushi has a different flavor and is a different quality/experience. As for the temperature inside, it was cold. Regards
